xfinity TV (online) does not allow me to watch channels that I'm subscribed to.

xfinity TV (online) does not allow me to watch channels that I'm subscribed to.

Although I've used the service many times, when I click on a show for channels I know I'm subscribed to (i.e. TBS...who doesn't have TBS); its asking me to upgrade my subscription.

 

Please advise

Is TBS working on your TV?

 

Is any other similar stations like Comedy Central or TNT working?

I am having the same issue. I've been watching HBO online all day and im the middle of an episode it gave me the orange key stating I need to subscribe to HBO.  And YES I AM SIGNED IN.  I even signed out and signed back in.

Hi all,

 

Try deleting your cookies and cache and then try again. Many times, old data in your browser can conflict with videos from playing on XFINITYTV.com.

 

Are the channels you are trying to watch working on your TV?
