xfinity TV app - error message - "Supscription Required :: 12012"

Hello All,

I just have my comcast service installed today.  When I tried to watch NBC (channel 10) on my phone using the TV app, I recieved an error message stating: "Supscription Required :: 12012"

I don't understand why it would tell me this, since NBC is a standard channed with all packages.  I have the xfinity triple play with all channels.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, I don't have a fix. I did want to say that I have the same problem. Started today, I've been using the app now for awhile and have never had this problem. Support told me it happens and reset something on their end, though it did not fix it and I will need to get back in touch with them. I'm hoping it is a short term error. I had no problems with nbc, mine is abc and Fox.
