x1 TV app worked and no longer does

x1 TV app worked and no longer does

Last week I spoke with comcast to straighten out billing issues for and updated package.  Still have the X1 package and TV app worked until the weekend.  Now, three long phone call later, it still is not working.  I am not sure if app related, billing related, or network related...anyone have any idea?

 

I have done all the deleting of app on multiplle devices and power cycling the x1 DVR and routers multiple times.

  Are yuo still having issues, your account is set up correclty with the cloud dvr codes.   Did you try the TV website? xtv.comcast.net?

Thanks for your reply. Level II support called yesterday and it was determined that the "rate code for cloud services" was entered properly. Once I called
Billing with that info they (after a little back and forth) where Abe to rectify

Working just fine now! Thanks again for your follow through
