Re: windows 7 not supported for on demand

That might be old information, it certainly works well on Windows 7.

You need two players, Adobe Flash from Adobe's web site, and a patched version of Microsoft Silverlight available here for Windows users.

Note that the message is referring to browsers. I think it's trying to say that, on Windows 7, IE v6 & v7 and Safari v3 & v4 are not supported.

Re: windows 7 not supported for on demand

None of those browsers would be running on Windows 7.

Re: windows 7 not supported for on demand

I'm getting the same error message.  I'm running IE 9 on Windows 7.  And I can't find anywhere on this freaking website where I can "upgrade my Xfinity Player".  What's the deal?

Oh, yeah, and I already have Adobe Flash and Silverlight installed (latest versions), and all my updates are current for the O/S.

Please go to www.xfinitytv.com/computer and copy the information you see on-screen and paste it in this thread so we can further assist you. Please send the URLs of the videos that you are trying to watch.

Also, try using a different web browser and let me know if it works. This is not a permanent solution but it will help us narrow down your issue.

Thanks,
Joe
