why must I sign in everytime to get to TV listings

Why must I sign in everytime  to get to TV listings?  My passsword has not changed!  Thus, this is another Comcast annoyance!

I agree with you. The new "TV Listings" process is slow and cumbersome, and having to sign in to see the actual listings is just annoying as all get out. The old one was much, MUCH better. I wish companies would stop "improving" things that don't really need changing.

I agree! This is way beyond annoying! Exactly when did the TV listings become top-secret classified information?

If you logout and go to http://my.xfinity.com/ and login on this page, you will be given a keep me logged in option. Then you can click on the tv to get to tv.xfinity.com. This should keep you logged in.

Re: why must I sign in everytime to get to TV listings

I don't have a "remember me" box, so I have to log in everytime I come to the Web site.

My browser doesn't clear the cache automatically, either.

Any other ideas?

Are you using your DEFAULT comcast.net userid/password?

You can actually sign-in and see the tv listings online?  I'm getting no such satisfaction.  The website hangs at [adding device]

I have found if I click "My Xfinity" at the top of the page, and sign in there, I get the "remember me" box and it stays signed in for a while.
