My experience on resolving slow speeds tends to lead to many factors. If you're a better than average tech savvy individual, here are a few suggestions or reasons for reduced speed.
Comcast Internet Product - best to have Blast Speed
Too many Devices sharing Internet
Multiple Wi-Fi Devices
PC Video Card upgrade needed
RAM Memory insufficient
Storage needs purging/clean Cache
Delete unneccesary Programs
Check Browser settings
Check Firewall and Security settings
Use Comcast Speed Check with different Browsers (Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox, etc.)
Latency issues are all compounded from the above suggestions. However, no individual can assist you without providing your:
PC Operating System information (RAM Memory, Storage Amount)
Comcast Internet Service
Make and Model of Router, Modem, Adapters (Wi-Fi, Network Cable)
Should a problem exist not in your capability, schedule a Comcast Tech.
