viewing movies with no wireless connection

I want to watch HBO on an airplane in flight.  How can I download HBO shows so I can do that.  I have an android smart phone

you need the xfinity tv player app for that.  I cannot tell you if any of the hbo shows will be available for you on that though.   If the plane has wifi you can watch them on hbo go though or with the regular xfinity app.

Like rog mentioned, you will need the XFINITY TV Player App and Wi-fi to watch HBO videos on the app.

 

The XFINITY TV Payer App does allow you to download Showtime, Starz, Encore, and Movieplex content on Wi-fi and then you can watch them anywhere even if you have no service on your device.
