videos stuck at "obtaining authorization" screen

i've watched many movies on my computer using xfinitytv online.  I'm attempting to watch the dark knight right now on my computer but when i click on the movie and hit play on the website.  It takes me to the movie page but instead of playing it keeps saying "obtaining authorization".  I made sure i was logged in and i was. i went to manage my devices to make sure i wasn't over my number of devices allowed to be logged on and i wasn't.... so i can't figure out what is wrong and why i can't watch movies on my computer anymore.  I tried to watch a different title and that didn't work either. please respond with a solution

Re: problem watching movies on my computer

When someone with knowledge of your issue reads this thread you will get a response.

We don't sit around all day waiting on people to post. Just like you we do have lives that don't involve Comcast and computers.

Any Comcast employees who respond also have other duties within Comcast to attend to. They also don't have day to sit around monitoring the forum.

If you are seeing locks, try deleting your cookies and cache and then try again.

Also, is TNT coming in on your TV? Is TNT On Demand through your box working?
