since May 2, I have been uanble to watch videos on line, that are available on the xfinity.tv site as available on line, specifically the walking excercise.


I log on, it immediately goes to the tv series, i select the item i want to watch (i have tried all of them & none of them work)


I have been watching this series for years and never had problems before


2 commercials come on, and then that's it.  all flash, etc is up to date.  I have tried on google, explorer, firefox, none work


this is very frustrating and i don't understand why i can't get assistance, i have called comast 4 times with no success.


please provide help!  thank you!!
