video continue authorization denied

I have been using the xfinity app on my galaxy tab note with no issues for about a month. Now, Everytime I log on, and start watching a show, a window pops up and says video continue authorization denied. I have turned off/on tab, and logged on/off the app with no success of continuing show. anyone have this experience?

Try deleting the app and then re-installing it. Now, try watching a video again and then let me know the results.

Thanks,
