when i click on a like for the world cup.   a page pops up and says i need to download a newer version of explore.   when i go there for the down load it tells me i have a newer version.   how do i follow links for  tv viewing or live events?

Yup, it is detecting that your browser is old. It's possible that something is wrong with the code that's doing that detection.

 

Please goto http://xfinitytv.comcast.net/computer and copy the "My web browser" section into this thread.

 

We'll look into it based on what that response says.
