Hello,

I called and upgraded my service to add cable and a sports package. The lady I spoke with said I had HBO for two years and that I would be able to watch it online and on my smartphone. But when I sign in to HBO Go or Xfinity TV go to watch anything it says I am not subscribed to it.

When will this be available to me ?

You should call back into Comcast and ask that they examine your rate codes for your subscribed services....   ensure they are working while you have the CSR on the phone with you!
