unable to access tv.xfinity.com on my laptop….

unable to access tv.xfinity.com on my laptop….

Tyring to watch my dvr recordings through my laptop on safari on a mac...

 

I go to tv.xfinity.com

 

type in my password

 

then it gets stuck at tv.xfinity.com/adding-device

 

with a blank green/blue screen.

 

Any idea how to fix?

 

I have dvr service & cloud enabled

Have you tried a different device or computer to connect to the XTV portal, just to test that your connection to the portal actually works?  Have you tried a different browser on your Mac?  Have you done the typical "clear your cache" on Safari?  Is this the first time trying to connect this Mac to the portal?
