tv.xfinity online not working Error 11700

I am getting error code 11700 when I try to log in to tv.xfinity online on my laptop. It has been almost a week now and I am so frustrated that the site is not working.

Call 888-824-8988, Advanced Tech Support, and tell them you have Error 11700, they can fix it

I did call customer service and it still took a week to fix.

Sorry about that. If you get to the right people (tier 2 support) the can fix this while you're on the line. 

 

We made a configuration change that should greatly reduce or eliminate this issue from occurring. Was this recently that you had the issue or at least a few weeks ago?
