tv shows online won't play

I am trying to watch The Walking dead online, episodes 11, 12 and 13 and it will play for couple minutes then stop and go back to the advertisement screen. I try and refresh but that doesn't work either. Is there anything that can be done?

Thanks,

Hannah

Please go to www.xfinitytv.com/computer and copy the information you see on-screen and paste it in this thread so we can further assist you.

Also, try using a different web browser and let me know if it works. This is not a permanent solution but it will help us narrow down your issue.

Thanks,
Joe

I am having the same exact problem trying to watch walking dead.  Only plays first part, and then nothing.
