tv picture snowy and pixalated

So for the past month I've had where my picture is snowy and pixalted to the point where it was completely unwatachable.  This was really annoying when trying to watch football and basketball games.  Just discovered tonight however that when I turn on my kitchen light that this is when it happens.  Does anyone know if this is something that comcast can somehow fix on their side possibly their coax splitter or wiring?  Never seen anything like this.

Re: tv picture snowy and pixalated

If you are paying extra for the Service Contract, Comcast might be able to resolve the issue.  Call customer service. 1800comcast
