tv listings on line

I wanted to find a football game, and came to the computer and clicked on the "sports".  Since then, my tv listings have not been correct.  I can see individual topics---sports, movies, kids----but want to see all the tv stations, as I had.  The problem did not go to the other house computer-----only mine.  Have tried everything I can find info on, and need help.  Changed location again, logged off and back on numerous times.......

Thank you

Thank you so very much!!!  25 minutes with support on the telephone accomplished nothing.
