tv listings incorrect

tv listings incorrect

My area code is 32309. My listings begin with channel 14 and thereafter have very few channels with most being absent. I've gone through the change routine with my zip code repeatedly with no success.

Re: tv listings incorrect

Under your channel lineup, if you have the "movies" filter selected you will see this behavior.

Check to make sure you don't have any filters selected (on the left side of the page). Even if it doesn't say any of them are selected, try selecting and deselecting one.

Let me know how it goes.

Try deleting your cookies and cache and please try again.

If it is still not working, go to your Settings page and try changing your zip code under Update Location.

What web browser are you using? Have you tried using another browser?

Thanks,

Re: tv listings incorrect

I've done the update and deleting cache etc numerous times and have an hour or more invested in this supposed comcast service. I'm sick of it and will let it go. Maybe the system will correct itself which seems to be the only possibility.

Re: tv listings incorrect

You're right. Deselected movies, (I didn't know it had been selected), and the full tv listings came up. Appreciate the help greatly. jamrogers7
