tv listings grid

When I select TV listings an error message appears stating " a problem loading the grid, reload browser" However this doesn't work. It has been this way for 2 days.  I can't get my TV listings.

Re: tv listings grid

Same here.  Fails on both firefox and chrome.  This after 2 weeks of email not displaying properly.  I don't know if they have no Quality Assurance or it's just really bad, but the inconsistency of xfinity services is bad going to worse.

Re: tv listings grid

I'll check into this. In the meantime this usually fixes these issues:

1) Goto http://xfinitytv.comcast.net/tv-listings

2) Click "Change Location" right above the top left of the grid.

3) Select "Comcast Recomended Linenup" and click save.

Let me know if this is still a problem after those steps.

Re: tv listings grid

I just found this in another thread, from ComCastDaniel:

Here's how to fix this:

1) Goto http://xfinitytv.comcast.net/tv-listings

2) Click "Change Location" right above the top left of the grid.

3) Select "Comcast Recomended Linenup" and click save.

Right now "Standard Cable" is selected which is mostly an SD service. You have "Comcast Digital Cable" which includes HD channels. However, the "Recomended Lineup" is the best option to select. If things change in our system it's the option that is most likely to update you without your intervention.

Let me know if this is still a problem after those steps.

It worked for me.  Last time I was in that setup that option wasn't there.  It seems they added new functionality - which is great, but always seems to break something...

Re: tv listings grid

Hi  I went into the change location option and recommended listings was already selected so I chose the Burlington County Comcast HD selection and that worked.  Who knows how and why it changed or why the recommended selection wasn't working. But for now I have a grid and that is all I wanted. Thanks

Re: tv listings grid

Thanks for help.  I did go into change location option but the recommeded selection was already selected so I chose the HD selection and that worked.  Don't know what happened or why but at least for now I have my grid back.  Your suggestion at least pointed me in the right direction.
