tv go app still not working

tv go app still not working

The go tv app is still not working the way it did a week ago.  The application will now stream live tv, but there are so many interruptions that it is very frustrating to watch. The value of the Xfinity service has once again failed.  I have been looking for a recognition that there is a problem, and don't even see that.

I am having the same problem.  The live streaming video will freeze for a second and the audio will repeat.  When video resumes, it skips to live video /audio.  This happens multiple times per minute.  I have the android app on the Kindle Fire HD.  Yours is the first post I have found related to the issue.

Thank you for the reply.  I thought I was the only one with the problem.
