troubleshoot on mac

I've been trying to play movies and tv shows on my mac for the past 2 days and ever since I downloaded the new flash player the movies and tv shows won't play. The three dots are continuing to load but nothing will ever play. Please help!

Does anybody have any tips on what to do when you've already downloaded and deleted and redownloaded adobe flash and are still getting the 3 dots saying "loading" while trying to play movies?!?! I'm so frustrated and I don't know what to do
