trouble getting PBS on line shows

When trying to access PBS in the network pages, I receive a message that the page can not be found or it has moved. Is PBS still available and how do I access the p;rograms?

Re: PBS TV appears to be a broken link.

It's been broken for at least a week. I guess Comcast doesn't care. See http://forums.comcast.com/t5/XfinityTV-Website/PBS-Network-online-is-a-NO-GO/m-p/2258701

PBS link from network page?

The link to the pbs network is not working.  A message appears that the link is either broken or the page is no longer available.

Not sure if you are talking about on demand or the pbs website but the pbs website is the url below and has more online video for PBS than ondemand does.

The links to PBS from http://xfinitytv.comcast.net/tv-networks and http://xfinitytv.comcast.net/search?query=pbs have been broken since at least August 6.  They point to http://xfinitytv.comcast.net/tv-networks/PBS/25/main which displays "Hmmm, we're having trouble finding that page".  Previous reports:

Problem with PBS link from http://xfinitytv.comcast.net/tv-networks

From web page http://xfinitytv.comcast.net/tv-networks, I select the PBS network... and got a message about a problem displaying that page and asking me to check the spelling.

So I'm assuming that it's a broken link.

Thanks.

Re: trouble getting PBS on line shows

Hello everyone...

There is an issue with the way PBS content is listed on our site. While the network page may appear hidden/broken on the site, if you search for the various content that exists using our Search bar in the top right hand corner you will find what you are looking for.

We have an open Problem ticket on this and hope to get the fix deployed shortly. Right now, the only PBS content available on our site is Charlie Rose's two series. Searching for Charlie Rose gets you here:

The Week: http://xfinitytv.comcast.net/watch/Charlie-Rose%3A-The-Week/6191030905678817112/full-episodes#filter...

Charlie Rose: http://xfinitytv.comcast.net/watch/Charlie-Rose/8427528091140912112/full-episodes#filter=online&epis...

We apologize for the inconvenience and hope to have this corrected shortly.

Thanks,

Matt

PBS webpage link not working

Under "networks" "Pbs" there is no page.  Wanted to see what shows that were available to record.

Re: PBS webpage link not working

kpenny,

You can try following my links in the previous post below. Alternately, to find PBS content to record you can visit our TV Go Web page here:

http://xfinitytv.comcast.net/

Use the Search bar at the top right, and type in PBS. You will be presented with all content available on the web, TV, and mobile along with upcoming listings. Click on the "TV Listings" option next to each show you see. That will take you to the show's web page within our site and if you choose "Available on TV" you will get a Record option to set the recording right from your computer. Alternately, this will work on our TV Remote apps for iOS and Android in the same fashion and a few less button clicks.

Let me know if you need any more info. We have a new TV Go release scheduled for tomorrow that should resolve this issue but I'm waiting to confirm this fix made it into the release.

Thanks for the patience...

Matt
