stuck on "starting playback" please help joe!

For any show or movie I try to play it just says "starting playback."

 

I'm using a laptop with a wireless connection.

What specific movies or shows are you trying to watch? It could be an issue with the video and I would like to test it out.

Completely remove Adobe Flash Player from your computer and then go here to install it again. Once it is installed, try one of the videos that did not work before and let me know the results.
