There is likely an issue with the frequency that those channels are on.  There is a good chance rhe cause is from a bad or loose connector or a damaged cable.  Without having a meter to check the specific frequency that those channels are carried on, not much can be done to diagnose it, depending on the type of cable box it is, customer service can check levels, but even that might not be enough.  What they see on their end isn't a complete look at everything going on, but if they see obvious issues of low signal etc, its a start.  If they say everything looks good, they might suggest to swap out the box, but that rarely is the casue of pixelation.
