scheduled recordings are being missed

 

I am missing recordings that are set to record automatically. It is hit and miss. I have a particular series set to record on a certain day, but it was missed...more than once. What can I do about this? Should I exchange my box? I've only had it for five months.

I am sorry to hear this. Try deleting the series recording and then try setting it up again. If it still does not work, please tell me what program you are trying to set a series recording for so I can further look into it.
