trying to watch "Outlaw in Charge" on-line and I'm getting a message that I don't have a subscription to AMC.  Checked the channel lineup for the Digital Starter 140 channel  package and AMC is listed. Checked on the TV and I can get it just fine.  What gives with online access restriction?

Make sure you're signing into an account that's actually associated with your home service address, and you aren't signing into an old account at an old address, or someone else's account. Else, you may need a rep to fix the issue, the databases may be out of sync.
