remote

My remote stopped working except for on/off. New batteries put in three days ago. I can't try to re-do Setup because that button doesn't work. I've turned the cable box off/on. Unplugged and re-plugged power cord, etc. What could be wrong? I'm stuck on TBS, which is the last channel I watched.

when you press the set up button does the red LED light up at the top of the remote?

Re: remote

You could try to take it to your local Xfinity store with maybe an Xfinity bill as proof of purchase and they can help you, that's what we did when our remote broke. Just a thought.
