recorded shows not showing up on app/website

recorded shows not showing up on app/website

wondering if anyone knows why only some of my recordings on my x1 box and not all would be showing up on my mobile app and website?  I have 10-12 series being recorded on the box but when I go to the app and website I can only see 3 of the 12 series.  Other stats don't seem to match either. For example, I have 45% used space on the box but the website and app says I have 70% used space.  also number of recorded episodes on the box for one show is 9 but on the website/app it says 33.  I'm guessing something is not syncing up right but I don't know how to fix it.
