recently moved so new userID, but my purchased movies have not transferred???

Hi !

 

I just recently moved and changed my subscription and username, and now I see my purchases are not showing up under my new username? How can this be? I've paid to own these?

I Val, I can assist getting both your username and purchases transferred here. Please send me a private message with your new and previous account information (name on account, address, and account number).

Call in to customer service and they can transfer your old username/purchases to your present account
