"were still updating you account"--for 3 hrs???

i cant watch tv-for 3 hrs says still updating account? whats the issue?

Have you tried unplugging the cable-box for at least one minute? Then plugging it back in and waiting over 5 minutes for it to reset, and reload data from Comcast. Then turn the cable-box back on.

 

The box may have picked up data errors, if your account was not fully updated when you plugged it in.
