"The Fan" Video player issues

"The Fan" Video player issues

When I try to watch any videos on xfinity or hulu nothing works, it has no error messages, just a black screen where the video should be playing from. On a earlier forum post I saw someone having the same issues. On that post it said to post my values from http://xfinitytv.comcast.net/computer , and some links to shows not working http://www.hulu.com/watch/611916 and http://xfinity.comcast.net/video/A-Celebs-Make-a-Statement-in-LBDs/202832451878/Comcast/TopVideoClip... Just two random videos from both sites. Below are the results from the /computer print out.
