"Play Next, autoplay" now missing when watching series online

"Play Next, autoplay" now missing when watching series online

Now that you've combined all your formats into one website, the "Play Next autoplay" option is no longer available online. This now means, when I want to bingwatch a series, I have to go back to the main menu in order to play the next episode. It doesn't automatically take me to the next Ep.  No one is giving me an answer. I was told I need to speak the new Tier 3 Video department, but won't transfer me over or provide the direct phone number.  This is the new department for TV to go formaly Xfinity to go.   I'm ready to cancel. Fed Up!!!
