"Out of Home" while In-Home on xtv.comcast.net

I am recieving the Purple "Out of Home" message at the top of the browser when I view xtv.comcast.net. I have tried several browsers on several computers. Restarted modem, router, machines. Changed DNS settings. Still getting the same message. When I call Comcast, nobody understands what xtv.comcast.net is, and I am hung up on. Does anyone have a solution for this?

on the xfinity My Account smart phone app, check under the internet tab for your modem equipment. touch the equipment to see details (serial numbers or whatever). Compare that to the one you are using for internet. they must match. the internet traffic for that in-home must come from the modem assigned to the account to avoid that message.
