"Obtaining Authorization"

"Obtaining Authorization"

When I try to watch a video on Xfinity TV I get a message that the system is "Obtaining Authorization", but never proceeds from there to playing the video.  I am logged in and can use other Comcast functionality fine.  User errror, or am I missing something?

Please go to www.xfinitytv.com/computer and copy the information you see on-screen and paste it in this thread so we can further assist you.

 

Also, please send the URLs of the videos that you are trying to watch.

i have the same situation when trying to watch the program ROME  gets stuck on obtaining authorization.  Was able to watch the first 2 episodes a few weeks ago. Since then watch anything online.........why
