"No Eligible DVRs" Error

"No Eligible DVRs" Error

I have the "AnyRoom" DVR service. I used to have access to my Moto DVR and my 2 other "AnyRoom" set top boxes via the XfinityTV iOS app since day 1 of the service but haven't had it working in a few weeks. I have upgraded to the latest app (v1.8.1110261) with iOS 5.0. I have tried it on a new iPhone 4S, iPhone 4, and iPad 2 and all say "No Eligible DVRs" found.

 

I have done a full iOS restore and re-downloaded the app from the AppStore without luck.

 

Going to www.comcast.net/myDVR reveals the following error as well:

 

DVR Manager is available in your area. However, we are unable to detect a compatible DVR in your household.

 

Any ideas?

Thanks for the attention this received - a Comcast guy named Toby called me and fixed it. Not sure what he did but it's all working now from iOS devices and the web. Thanks!

you can try to unplug the boxes to reset them.  Also go to the box menu, and go to set up, then go to remote access set up,  What does it say in there?  If it says delete go ahead and do that, then try to resynch it.  Also make sure you can get it working on your pc.

I am having the same problem with my 3400's. I tried using your online chat to resolve it which was completely ridiculous and seemed to do nothing except take a lot of my time.

 

Can I get some help?  Thanks!!!
