I recently ordered the NBA package and am not able to receive in HD format. Why?

Hi samsexton43 -- I can help with your HD issue. We have a beta trial going on that allows you to see games in HD. Select the channel above the first channel for NLP. That will prompt you to select the game you want and take you to the HD broadcast. You can also say NBA League Pass in the Voice remote and choose the HD screen. Can you try that and let me know if you're still unable to view HD content?
