problems with the player

problems with the player

With the exception of the very first episode, none of the Game of Thrones episodes are playing for me. Everything looks like its working okay: the progress bar goes forward like it's playing, but there is no audio or visual. I have tried the following things:

Resetting the router

Resetting the browser

Resetting the computer

Reloading the page

Updated Flash

still not working
