Silverlight crashes every time I try to watch content that needs to be unlocked.
I'm using chrome on a windows 7 pc and my silverlight version is 5.1.10516.0. I get the same response using firefox or IE
I've gone through the steps from this link below and nothing has changed.

A solution to this would be greatly appreciated.
