problem saving favorites in web browser

problem saving favorites in web browser

I am trying to set up favorites in the web browser tv listings. I set up a channel as a favorite and when I close or refresh the page all favorites are lost. Why can't it save any info? Cookies are enabled and I don't have any error messages.


I primarily use Chrome, but this is happening in IE as well


I have done this before and have not had a problem. I am not sure what could be going wrong.

have you tried clearing cookies and cache and restarting your pc?  cookie may have gotten corrupted.
