You need the latest version of Microsoft Silverlight.

Go to this LINK and cut and paste the information in this post so Comcast Joe can look at it.

Re: premium shows on line

csv/csv1,

I am a little confused about what you are trying to do.

If you log in with your credentials into your second computer, nothing else needs to be done. Once your are signed in and start a video, the device (Macbook) will automatically become authorized/registered.

If you have any further questions or if I am misunderstanding your issue, please let me know.

Thanks,
Joe

Re: premium shows on line

Thanks for all your help. You are exactly right that the computer should automatically register but I can watch regular shows but when I try to watch premium shows (that I pay for) I just get a black screen. I tried it on safari 32 bit as well as firefox. Any ideas?

Please go to www.xfinitytv.com/computer and copy the information you see on-screen and paste it in this thread so we can further assist you.

Does ther black screen give you any type of error message?

Also, please send the URLs of the videos that you are trying to watch.

Thanks,
Joe

No, I do not have any error messages. I am not sure what URL's are.

Re: premium shows on line

csv1,

Try uninstalling then re-installing Microsoft Silverlight. Go here for step-by-step instructions:

http://xfinitytv.comcast.net/help/technical-support/xfinity-tv-player/#silverlight-reinstall

Also, what version of the MacBook Air are you using?

Do you have any anti-virus software installed?

Thanks,
Joe
