premium channels not working

premium channels not working

my premium channels are all showing an orange lock symbol on xfinity online. And Yes i have signed out and back, i have also refreshed the screen, and i have optimized my browser and i have tried a different browser. It does not work. I betting that the response i get will tell me to what i have just listed above. Problems are constant with xfinitytv online. i was halfway through a movie which will probobley not be available by the time this gets figured out. i pay my bill ontime for service that constantly has problems and comes up with one excuse after another. nothing is ever fixed and the only solution is what i listed above and you will tell me to do it one more time. does anyone actually read these or care about customers

Have you tried deauthorizing your devices?

 

Go here and remove all of your devices and then try playing a video again.

 

Let me know the results.
