premium chanels online

I have a subscription to showtime and hbo but it wont let me watch them online. It says I need a subscription but like I said I already have one.

Do the HBO and Showtime channels work on your TV?

 

Does HBO and Showtime work On Demand?

 

Did you just recently subscribe to these cahnnels or have you had these channels?

i am having the same frustrating problem.  I have HBO and Showtime subscriptions, which are working fine on my TV, but when I try to watch shows online, it tells me subscription required!

Try deleting your cookies and cache and then try again.

 

If you are still having issues, try using a different web browser and let me know if it works. This is not a permanent solution but it will help us narrow down your issue.

I cleared my history, cookies, and cache.  Didn't work.  I also tried Google Chrome and IE8.  Didn't work.  None of my premium subscription channels are available online.  It's very frustrating not being able to access something I am paying for.
