your service will be good when comcast fixes your signal and noise levels. If you call 800-Comcast and ask the representative to run the Internet Troubleshooting Guide Einstein ITG - for all of your TV set top box equipment.

Everything that can be checked remotely is in spec. Your tech coming out tomorrow will be able to check anything else.
