Sorry, something bad happened with the system. Our engineers have been automatically notified of this error and will get this resolved immediately.

anyone seen this one? i got no real solution from comcast! when i try to watch online. tv listings all good, everything else on net fine only that homepage can't get to tv show or movies

To oversimplify the issue a little, your video history got corrupted. I fixed the affected records from your history. We're also going to update our site so that if this happens to you or another user again, it will just ignore those records so you can continue using the site.

I am having the same issue as well on my laptop. I seem to be able to use the Xfinity Player on my phone (both are connected to the wifi network)

I just received the same error while watching dexter . I no longer am able to access my watchlist.

Fix my corrupt data, please.
