online viewing does not work

Keep getting this  while trying to watch my shows..... We notice you do not have DRM support enabled for Microsoft Silverlight  (Error 525|6013).

For instructions on how to fix your problem click below.

I do have silverlight installed and it works just fine with other programs your site is the issue.

If you are in Metro/Modern Mode, try using playing videos in Desktop Mode.

To open in Desktop Mode:

1. When in Modern/Metro IE10, hover your mouse over the address bar in the lower portion of the screen

2. Click on the Tools button (it is shaped like a gear)

3. Select “Open in Desktop Mode"

Now try watching a video again and let me know the results.

Joe

Delete Silverlight again and then try clearing any hidden PlayReady cache. To do that:

Go to Start and search "cmd". "cmd.exe will appear and right-click it and Run as an administrator. Now enter the folling into the command line:

cd %ProgramData%\Microsoft\PlayReady\
del *.hds
rmdir /S Cache

You'll be presented with a Yes/No prompt. Hit Y and press Enter. Windows will delete the hidden Cache folder and all its content.

After that, please installed the version of Silverlight linked below:
