on demand shows that voice is off and cuts off before ending

on demand shows that voice is off and cuts off before ending

When I watch any show on demand, the voice is off from what they say and what they show.  Also the voice is slower than the show, for example when a commercial comes on the voice is still talking from the show I watch.  It also cuts off before the show ends and the show freezes.  Is there anything I can do or is it on your end?

I have the same problem. Did anyone get back to ou about how to fix this?

Sure I can look into this. First I'd like to check on the line levels at your house and in your neighborhood to see what more could be causing the problem.
