fellow comcast victims 

i edited all my record request done with xfinity remote. deleted them, redid using a newly loaded xfinity tv app.

and the winner is: NOT ME

5 in arow; got the same message  PLAYBACK ISSUE  8001 select another channel.

nbc 6pm nightly news

cbs 7pm wheel of fortune

msnbc 8pm chris hayes

fox 8pm leeathll weapon

msnbc 9pm rachel maddow

A tier 3 in a call last e week, said just delete them, and watch them "on demand".

 

i had my wife watch the chris hayes show on the hd tv, from thr dvr- no problem.

i have noticed comcast seems to covet new customers, and let the chips fall where they will for  current customers. i ran a business for 35 years, keeping customers happy was rule one.

 

time to call comcast tier 3 AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
