I have showtime at my residence so why am I getting the no subscription message?

That happened to me also.  A technician finally came to the house on 12/31 after 3 days of troubleshooting on the phone.  He made a quick call and problem was resolved.  They're blaming it on a systemwide update that didn't hit all boxes.  If you ask, your account will be credited for the # of days it wasn't working.
