If you haven't paid to upgrade to X1 equipment, then yes! Yes they have.

 

If you have paid to upgrade to X1 equipment, then you should be able to do it. You'll have to contact Comcast to figure out why their new website isn;t working; you may need them to add 'Cloud DVR' to your account.

I'm having the same problem. I have a newer X1 box.

They are telling us to use one of the xfinity smartphone apps to manage our DVR.
