low volume online

Hi, I watch online shows on my computer.  The volume is too low on some programs.  It's not my computer because volume is fine on my other streaming providers.  I went into the system preference on my computer and volume is up to the highest setting.  What can I do to increase the volume on Xfinity?

The next time you are watching online, go into your volume settings and see what the volume level is for the active "browser" you are using to watch online...   you will only see this level when it is active... not the Windows Volume level, the browser's volume level and only when it is actively streaming...
